United Way of York County is proud to celebrate two graduates of the York County Regional Chamber’s 2026 Non-Profit Management Certificate Program: Emily Pate, Director of Collective Impact, and Courtney Beck Jurado, UWYC Board Director.
Over the course of this nine-month program, participants explored key areas of nonprofit leadership including program development, financial management, board governance, sustainability, and organizational best practices. The program provides nonprofit professionals with valuable tools and training to help strengthen the organizations and communities they serve.
We are grateful for Emily and Courtney’s continued commitment to growing their leadership and investing in the future of nonprofit work in York County. Their dedication to learning and service reflects the collaborative spirit that drives United Way’s mission forward every day.
