Need help? 2-1-1 is an easy to remember telephone number that connects people in need with agencies able to help.  Trained operators answer all calls and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 2-1-1 is easy, confidential and free.

United Way of York County, SC brought the 2-1-1 service to the community beginning September 1, 2007, in direct response to the 2005 community needs study findings.  With more than 85% of respondents acknowledging they received no assistance with the issues their families suffered from, United Way wanted to provide an easy way to connect those in need with the agencies providing needed services. 2-1-1 materials available

2-1-1 rack cards and posters are availble for download at the right.  Rack cards are three to an 8.5" x 11" page.  Posters are 8.5" x 11" and include information in Spanish.
