Toys for Happiness - Application Information
Sign Up Dates
Sleigh Bell Network assists families at 150% of poverty or less (guidelines are below). The program provides toys for children ages birth to 14-years-old in the York County community. Below are the required documents and listing of application locations.
Applicant must be legal guardian and must bring the following:
- Photo i.d.
- Proof of income for the household
- AND
- EITHER a DSS family print out
- OR social security card for yourself and social security cards & birth certificate for each eligible child

Applicants may only sign up at one location and with only one program in the community (i.e. Salvation Army Angel Tree, US Marine Corp Toys for Tots, church assistance, school assistance, other agencies, etc) to help stretch all resources as far as possible in order to assist as many as possible. Thank you!
